Kaustubh Chandra Seth completed his LLB from the prestigious Government Law College, Mumbai in the year 2011. He has been trained under the guidance of Mr. Sidhartha Luthra, Senior Advocate (Former Additional Solicitor General of India) for the Supreme Court of India and has an experience of over 12 years.

He has successfully led, represented and advised multiple Public Sector Banks, Private Banks, NBFCs and private entities about negotiating financial documents for various road projects, thermal power plants, wind farms, real estate projects etc.

He has also successfully led as a counsel in some of the most hotly contested arbitration, constitutional, commercial, and criminal disputes and recovery suits.

He regularly appears before various fora across India including the Supreme Court of India.
