Associated with various international arbitrations in London relating to damages against a Dubai company, another arbitration in London relating to non-berthing of gas vessel, and another International arbitration at SIAC Singapore dispute raised by Korean Party.

Associated in a High-stake claim arbitration at Mumbai pertains to gas purchase contract before 03 retired Supreme Court Judges, another also a very high-stake claims of Ship or Pay before a Supreme Court Judge retired against 03 Kashipur power producer companies, won high-stake claim in arbitration for purchase of gas price against southern part customer. Won arbitration of high value claimed by a fertilizer producer in southern India for loss of profit and force majeure before a retired Supreme Court Judge.

Associated in acquisition of equity in shale gas assets in USA & Myanmar for natural gas and transportation of gas. Negotiated natural gas & Tolling contracts with US entities.

As GC, advised on challenging the tariff regulation as well as against unbundling of transmission activities before Delhi high court; Advised & contested on guidelines issued by PNGRB on model Gas Transmission Agreement in high court; Advisory on city gas business legal issues.
